Fashionsouk.com's 15 Day Returns Policy "No Questions Asked Return Policy!"

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund.

We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on +92-51-8449000 or contact Returns within a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt.

However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in original condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.  Please read carefully our Return Policy stated below.

 

RETURN OPTIONS:

Pakistan Customers

  • To return an item, go to the Customer Services and select "RETURN" along with the order number or call +92-51-8449000.
  • You will then be issued with all the appropriate information on how to return your parcel, including your ARN number.
  • You must request to return your items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure the ARN number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  • For your convenience we can provide you with a TCS collection if you contact our Customer Services.  A small fee is charged by the courier for your return.
  • Although extremely reliable, this service does not include insurance to the value of the goods. Please ensure that you obtain further insurance or use a TCS signed for service for additional protection. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us.
  • Alternatively you can ship your parcel using your own preferred courier or mail service, please make sure that adequate insurance and a tracking number is taken to ensure the safe delivery of your order. We cannot take responsibility for items lost without a proof of delivery. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. 

 

International Customers:

  • You must request to return your items within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please ensure the ARN number is written clearly on the outside of the parcel.
  • All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund.
  • Please mark clearly on the outer carton ‘Pakistan Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed.
  • We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods.
  • We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

  • Please note that "fashionsouk.com's 15 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to customized garments and jewellery.
  • Some special rules for promotional offers may override fashionsouk.com's 15 Day Returns Policy.
  • Few exceptions apply on selective vendors who state their own Return Policy in the respective SHIPPING & RETURNS section of their products.  Vendor's own Return Policy will override Fashionsouk.com's Return policy in such a case.  Please read carefully the SHIPPING & RETURN section of each item before purchasing an item.  Few vendors do not allow refunds for a returned item and only allow exchange.  Few vendors allow less than 15 days for a return, exchange or refund.
  • We will not accept goods outside of the time frame, and will not accept returns for items that have been worn or where the tag has been removed.
  • We will only accept returned goods that are in the same condition as when sent and we have sole discretion to determine the condition of the returned goods.
  • Footwear will only be accepted if returned in the original box in an undamaged condition (Please also use protective outer packaging).
  • Customized garment can only be returned if they are sent incorrect or not according to the measurements provided to us by you.  Customized garments are not refunded and only replacement of the original order is provided.  We will be happy to send your replacement as soon as possible and separate delivery time will be provided to you.
  • A refund will be issued after the receipt of the returned goods. This refund will include the full value of the items returned but excluding shipping or return courier costs.
